Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, contact us at support@rechimabeaute.info.
Approved returns will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, personal care products including hair oils and creams cannot be returned once purchased, even if unopened."
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@rechimabeaute.info with:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order details
We will assess and resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are faulty or damaged, and only for the same product.
Shipping & Return Costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Customer unavailability
- Unclaimed delivery
Any additional shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
Rechima Beauty is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: within 10 business days
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Australian Consumer Law Notice
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure
- Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
